What to expect.

Is there a free trial?

Tallyo does not currently offer a full-feature free trial. You can use the Free Invoice Maker without an account before deciding whether the saved Tallyo Pro workspace is suitable for your business. The monthly subscription is the low-commitment evaluation route.

Do monthly and annual plans have different features?

No. Both billing options include the same Tallyo Pro features. Annual billing costs £80 upfront and saves £16 compared with twelve monthly payments.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewal. Paid access will normally continue until the end of the billing period already paid for. Existing records are not immediately deleted.

Can I get a refund for unused annual time?

Cancelling an annual subscription does not normally create an automatic partial refund for unused time. Incorrect or duplicate charges and qualifying service failures can be reviewed. Rights and refunds required by applicable law are unaffected.

Are online card payments included?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account in Account settings. Eligible invoices can then include a secure card-payment link. Stripe handles processing and payouts directly with your business; Stripe fees apply and Tallyo does not add an application fee.
